Damage Claims - your guide for handling damaged product.
Note: All damage claims must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of order. Claims for breakage or product replacement requests will not be considered after this period.
What to do if you receive Damaged/Broken Product? (3 Options)
Option 1 - Refuse the Delivery
If your shipment is obviously damaged at the time of attempted release, you should refuse the delivery.
Option 2 - Accept delivery but note damages with delivery driver
If you decide to accept the delivery, you must inspect the packages in front of the UPS or motor freight driver and note specific damages on the bill of lading or UPS shipping document.
Option 3 - Receiving a Credit or Refund
To receive credit or a refund for broken or damaged products, please fill out the form below:
Credits are issued every Tuesday and Thursday by our accounting department.
Note: we do not offer replacements unless you refuse the entire delivery, a specific box or the shipment is destroyed prior to arrival and UPS confirms the damaged condition.
