Distribution Centers
The Jar Store has two main distribution facilities - one located in New England and the other overseas. We do not use any third-party distribution providers and as such control all aspects of order processing, over packaging, labeling and warehouse handling prior to pick up. This means that we are flexible on change orders or exceptions as well as custom order fulfillment and customer handling instructions. More importantly, we guarantee same-day shipping from our New England location if you place your order by 12 noon EST.
Because of our large freight volume, we are able to offer our customers exceptional pricing on pallet shipments nationwide and Canada. For large projects or orders that exceed 25,000 jars where a long lead-time is acceptable, you would qualify for direct shipments from our overseas warehouse. Although we have three main price levels — carton, half or mixed pallet and full pallet — we do offer exceptional price reductions for individual production runs exceeding 25,000 jars.
Note that orders processed through our overseas facility where the individual items are in stock at the time of order leave within 3-5 business days. Large custom runs exceeding available inventory levels can take between 2 and 12 weeks to process depending on the time of year and our current production schedule.
